New Generations Ministry, through NewGen Community, operates the website newgeneration.online (the "Website," "Services," "we," "our," or "us"). At NewGeneration ("we," or "us"), we value the privacy of individuals who use our websites and related services (collectively, our "Services", “Sites”). This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, and share the personal information of users of our Services ("users," "you," or "your"). 

New Generation Church is a nonprofit organization recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and organized in California.   • Donation information, such as name, email address, billing/contact information, donation amount, donation frequency, and transaction details. Payment card or bank information is processed by third-party payment providers and is not stored by us in full on our Website servers.
  • Join Us form information, such as name, email address, phone number, program interest, preferred language, volunteer or participation interests, and any message you choose to submit.
  • Newsletter sign-up information, such as name and email address.
  • Communications you send to us, including messages, questions, prayer requests, service inquiries, or event-related information.


Program and Event Information

For in-person or off-line, including children's programs, we may collect information directly from adults, parents, or legal guardians for registration, participation, safety, communication, emergency contact, media consent, or program administration purposes.

When you visit the Website, we may automatically collect limited technical and usage information, such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages viewed, referring pages, approximate location derived from IP address, date/time of visit, and interactions with Website content.

Identifiable images of children are used only with parent or legal guardian consent or as otherwise permitted by applicable law. Parents or guardians may request review or removal of an image featuring their child by contacting us.

NewGen Community does provide children's programs and activities, including NewGen Kids Community and children's events. Any personal information related to a child's participation is collected from a parent or legal guardian, or with appropriate parental or guardian consent, and is used only for purposes such as participation, safety, communication, emergency contact, media consent, and program coordination.

We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent when such consent is required by the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and its implementing regulations.

If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 through the Website without appropriate parental consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information promptly. If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe that your child has provided personal information through the Website without your consent, please contact us using the information below.
